"What can I say, I am a helicopter junky! This product has literally transformed the way I fly helicopters in FSX and is well worth its price tag in my opinion. It never fails as I am always looking for something to enhance my experience with Flight Simulator and unfortunately Helicopters have always been left out of the mix; that is until now!
There are many reasons to want these controllers; mine was to simply make flying choppers in Flight Simulator more realistic and my sessions much more enjoyable. It is my opinion that the guys that designed and developed these controllers really do have something that every Flight Sim Chopper Pilot should have!
Gone are the days of flying helicopters with my X52 Saitek Controllers, now when I literally climb into the chopper seat I feel as though I am taking chopper flying to a whole new level in Flight Simulator!"

Mai 08 / Flightinstructor Florian Lüthi tested a Pro Flight Trainer customer
Tobias Trummer, from Reichenbach in Switzerland got his first flight lesson,
after about 100 hours of simulator training on the pro flight trainer.
We asked his flight instructor the following questions.
- who are you and what is your actual job
mein name is Florian Lüthi, i work as a helicopter flight instructor by

- what is your opinion about flight simulation
The actual software made possible a very realistic navigation experience,
but i allways miss the "real flight feeling"
- did you know Tobias Trummer before that flight

- could you shrotly explain what differences you noticed
with other students during their first flight
Tobias Trummer was able right from the beginning to fly precise curves and standard execrices.
He had a nice fine feeling on the control. I was very suprised to see that even hover training was possible. Tobias nearly hovered alone and toke over al controls. This belongs to the most difficult exercises at beginning and most student will never be able to do that.
- could you notice some negativ influence from the simulation experience
no, i noticed nothing, only positive aspects.
- based on that experience, can you recommend the Pro Flight Trainer
to people willing to get a helicopter license
As showed in the case of Tobias, it is impresive to see that all axes
coordination can be perfectly trained on the Pro Flight Trainer,
and lator on, it can be used for navigation and instrument exercises.
